When I was about eight years
old I went to knotts.
When I entered, I saw these
big roller coasters and people
screaming.
We went to go eat and I
wasn’t planning to get on any
rides.
After that we walked a little
more and went to the little
Shops.
We also saw the shows that
are performed sometimes.
We then made our way
back to the front area and
my brother pointed at a ride.
I looked at it and thought
that it was just a slow ride
that went slowly around in
an oval.
We waited in line for
our turn.
When it was finally my
turn I ran to a car and
got in.
I was so excited for the
ride to start and was
counting the seconds
while the person
explaining the rules
was speaking.
I looked over at my
parents and waved.
What I didn’t know
about the ride was that
when it got to a corner it
spun you really fast and
I got that feeling in my
Stomach and I had never
gotten that feeling before.
I wanted to get off
but there was nothing
I could do about it and
the ride felt like a long
Time.
After that we left and
I was mad. Now I am
still scared of most
theme park rides and
this is one of the reasons
why.
